If you are unhappy with your purchase because the product is faulty or not as advertised please contact us within 7 days of your order being received and we will either replace your goods or offer a refund (partial or full).

There are certain situations where a refund cannot be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • If you contact us more than 7 days after receiving your goods.
  • The products were downloadable.
  • Sale items.

Refunds

After we receive an email from you, we will discuss options for the replacing, returning and/or refunding the cost of your item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
