Payment Options
How Can I Pay for my Order?
There are four ways to pay:
- Credit Card. We accept credit card payments at a fee of 2.2%. This is the fee that we are charged by our credit card system for processing the payment. Please write your order/invoice number as reference.
- Direct Bank Deposit. You will be sent bank details when choosing this option. Be sure to write your order/invoice number as reference and send us a receipt of payment with your order/invoice number to our Finance Team.
- Purchase Orders. Services and schools that can provide a purchase order number can order this way. Purchase orders are charged a processing fee of $5.50 inc GST. We will send you an invoice for payment that includes your purchase order number.
- Coupons. If you have been given a coupon, you can use this at checkout. Simply enter the code into the Coupon Code box.
Downloadable Resources
I ordered a downloadable resource. Where is it?
Your resource will be immediately downloadable when payment has been processed. The links to the downloads will be sent to the email address that was used when ordering plus will be available in your account at pelicantalk.com.
- The email address used when ordering is your username.
- Go to My account or our website and click on the USER icon (top right).
- Enter the email address and password. If you need to reset a password, the link will be sent to the original email address. Keep these two on file and ALL people using the licence will access their downloadable materials in this way.
- You will see all your purchased downloads under the Downloads tab.

How quickly will my downloads be available?
I know what it’s like to need materials for a session RIGHT AWAY!
Sometimes there is a delay with some credit card payments – and of course, purchase orders. If you are desperate, email us with your purchase order number, invoice number or receipt of payment (credit card or direct bank deposit) and we will change your order to PAID at our end and your resources will be ready for you.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for downloadable products and for some other items (Coco Koala Emotions cards, some products that are provided on a USB stick.) It will be stated in these item’s description if they attract free shipping.
There is a flat rate of $14.50 inc GST for other products, whether you buy one, three or ten!
How and when are products posted?
We use regular Australia Post. We are based in rural Victoria. Your package can take up to 10 business days to get to you. When ordering be sure to use a shipping address that receives Australia Post deliveries.

What if my product doesn't arrive?
Packages are often sitting at your local post office – so contact them first before contacting us.
Most packages returned to us are a result of:
1) an incorrect shipping address being entered when you order or
2) an address being listed that does not accept Australia Post deliveries.
- Returned packages for these reasons will be re-sent to you at your cost.
