They are also great to use in group sessions. Kids can roll them up and down their arm and then pass them on to another by holding hands and rolling them on.
These are authentic Toroflux FlowRings. Don’t risk using cheap imitations which have joins that can flick apart during spinning (really not safe).
Comes in a little fabric pouch. To put them back in the pouch, put one palm face down on the top, one palm face up on the bottom, twist palms in opposite directions and bingo! they collapse into a pile of rings that slot back in the bag.
